Early Legal Career

Chellsie Weber attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology in 2008. Immediately after graduation, she began her career as an Investigator for Child Protective Services. It was during Chellsie’s work with the Department of Health and Human Services that she discovered her passion for assisting families as they work through difficult and often painful times.

After six years as a child advocate, Chellsie went on to attend Creighton University School of Law where she excelled in her family law classes and received the CALI Award for Excellence in both Wrongful Convictions and Juvenile Law classes. While in law school, Chellsie also received a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution through the Werner Institute at Creighton.

Chellsie joined Hightower Reff as a Law Clerk in February 2017 and became an Associate attorney April 2018. In September of 2019, she began her practice in Social Security Disability law at Watson & Carroll.
